Learn to Use All Your Potential and Succeed in Life

By Rita WilliamsBusinesswoman Crossing the Finish Line Ahead of Businessmen

Ever wish you knew how to ensure you’re using all your potential in anything you do? Want to make sure you’re performing at a peak level?

Then come to PSGCNJ’s December 9th general meeting, where Career Consultant Janice Coleman will be giving a presentation entitled Are you Harnessing Your Potential Every Day (H.Y.P.E.)? — Preparing People to Perform!

The idea behind Janice’s presentation has to do with something she learned while studying physics in high school. In physics, matter possesses two kinds of energy – kinetic and potential. The difference between them is simple; the first is in motion, the second is not.

Being “in motion” is important when it comes to succeeding in life. That’s what Janice will explain to the audience, while providing them with other useful tools and strategies to help them understand:

  • what harnessing their potential can mean to their success
  • what is standing in the way of their ability to accomplish their dreams
  • the three things they have to do to turn possibilities into realities, and
  • the purpose of having H.Y.P.E. ideas each day

In addition to making keynote speeches, Janice is also President and CEO of Janice Coleman Corporation (JCC), a company based in the greater Philadelphia region. Her company’s mission is to “Prepare People to Perform.” JCC accomplishes that mission by supporting organizations (and individuals) with professional development training, event promotions, and business consulting.

Even though Janice is in the career consulting business now she did not start out in that field. She started her career in Information Technology (IT) where she became a leader in the insurance industry in the greater Philadelphia area.

Following her IT career, Janice was able to transition into training and career consulting, where she gained a reputation for her expertise and ability that she uses to provide clients/audiences with a competitive edge in the marketplace.

In addition to her experience in career consulting, Janice holds certifications in career management, project management, organizational management, and public speaking. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary in Maryland. Though she is a native of Philadelphia, she and her family now live in southern New Jersey.

So, if you want to learn how to “harness your potential” so you can “maximize your performance” come listen to Janice Coleman’s presentation at the PSGCNJ general meeting, Monday, December 9th, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, located at 48 West High Street, Somerville.

PSGCNJ general meetings are always free and open to the public. If you can’t make it to this meeting, visit our website www.psgcnj.org for a calendar of our upcoming events. Please refrain from parking in the church driveway or parking lot – metered and unmetered parking is available on West High Street.
