Learn how you can understand the people around you – why they behave in the ways they do. The DiSC assessment tool identifies 4 different personality types of the people in our worlds. DiSC stands for: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Contentiousness.
Christine Nast, a business coach, will speak about DiSC and how it can help the job seeker on Monday September 22 at the PSGCNJ meeting.
She will explain the differences between these personality types, so you can understand them and make better connections. As a job seeker, you want to be aware of DiSC because some companies are using this assessment tool to aid their hiring decisions.
Christine’s nearly 30 years of business experience, includes coaching, training, recruiting, and sales. She has worked in Corporate America for public and private organizations. She has deep experience mentoring, coaching, training, and relationship building.
Christine is a co-owner of FocalPoint Business Coaching and Nast Partners. Her clients include business owners, executives, and employees seeking to grow their businesses or attain a new professional level of success.
