Career Counselor Lloyd Feinstein Explains the Hiring Model and Transferable Skills

At the weekly PSGCNJ general meeting on Monday, October 20, career counselor Lloyd Feinstein will share strategies for achieving career objectives. He will discuss how to define the scope of the problem, including the myths about career advancement. Feinstein has worked with more than 2,700 executives and professionals, both individually and in seminars. For the past 18 years, Mr. Feinstein has been a full-time career consultant and advisor to senior management executives and professionals and an accomplished speaker on career management topics for the serious-minded career professional.

As a seasoned career consultant and an associate member of the FENG, Feinstein has helped professionals to discover, define, and articulate their value to prospective employers. He has been a full-time career consultant and adviser for the past 28 years to the serious minded career person with an emphasis on mid-level and senior management executives and entrepreneurs. PSGCNJ’s general meetings take place on Monday mornings, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, 48 West High Street, Somerville.  Be sure to bring business cards, and get ready to network. Parking: Please refrain from parking in the church parking lot. Free, unmetered parking is available on the church-side of West High Street and some of the side streets encircling the church. Metered parking is available across the street of the church on West High Street and in municipal lots. Please put enough coins in the meter; a parking ticket in Somerville Borough costs $24!  Please do not park in the handicapped spaces in the church parking lot or driveway unless you have a wheelchair symbol placard or license plate. Avoid the private lot across the street from the church and the school lot down the block.
