When You Speak, Be Heard

You want people to listen when you speak. It is important job seekers effectively communicate about themselves when meeting and talking to people.

Being heard is critical to your job search and in achieving career success. Your uniqueness ought to be conveyed when you speak about yourself.

When you speak about yourself do others listen?

In the PSGCNJ Monday meeting on November 5, Linda Trignano will show you how to speak with clarity and capture the essence of yourself and your career. Understand your personal brand and convey that through your elevator pitch.  You will learn how to catch the eyes and ears of managers, peers and prospective business associates when you speak.

Linda Trignano has more over 30 years of experience in   coaching and consulting to managers and teams to improve communications and increase productivity. She helps professionals identify their career goals and find their dream job. As a former corporate recruiter with AT&T, Linda knows what employers look for in a candidate.  Through her firm, Trignano Consulting, she trains people and business groups to improve their communication skills.
